Inside Out Counselling
Chriss Abell offers a counselling service in a tranquil setting where clients can safely explore their issues and problems with respect and empathy.
Chriss is an accredited member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), and trained at Wealden college attaining their Diploma in integrative humanistic counselling, an approach based around the notions that everyone, given the right conditions, can make the changes they strive to make, and reach their full potential. Chriss also has a diploma in couples and family counselling and has worked in areas such as drug and alcohol misuse, bereavement, trauma, anxiety, depression, solution focused, and creative ways of working.
There is a sliding scale of fees and some concessionary rates which allow people on lower incomes to access counselling. A first session or assessment is free of charge, a chance to see If patient and counsellor want to work together.
